A passion project, this hand-sewn card epitomizes all of my favorite things; paper, sewing and calligraphy. I have always loved combining different materials and techniques to create something new and different. For this bridal shower card, I hand-lettered the phrase "Miss to Mrs" and then proceeded to slowly hand-sew through the thick handmade paper using a multi-colored thread.
